Yea SCC uploads 0day few seconds after pre, why exactly do u need it so quick? If ur trying to post it elsewhere they will ask what ur source is and if its not a race/top site they will denie u, unless its for luelinks..

I think SCC is the best, pre time is very short.

SCC, Bithumen, and if you want APP/oday maybe you should try Rutracker it is really monster among trackers...
