videoseed help

can anyone help with an admin contact at videoseed, i need to have my password reset, and seems my email provider is blocking the reset emails

I have tried to email him, but still no luck, as its possible my mail provider is blocking the domain
Any other suggestions to contacting an admin would be totally welcome
