Hi,
My account on UHDbits has been disabled without reasons.
I connect to the site once a week. I have torrents seeding and a ratio >1.
Impossible to contact the staff on IRC, there is only me myself and I.
Any member of the staff here to, at least explaining why my account was disabled ?

Irc is your best bet. Just stay there for as long as you can, I am sure someone will catch you.

I finally got to a staff member on their IRC.
My account was disabled because I was invited by a member of this website. No rules broke, just their policy to blacklist Torrentinvites...
To join UHDBits, you have to be friend with a member, but you can't meet this member on a community website like this one... Anyway, not wasting more of my time, I disagree with this policy.
To anyone which account was disabled, it's because they found of that you were invited here. As simple as that.
I suggest everyone simple rules for invitee and invited account safety for any trackers.Quote:

I agree with you @DoOuch, but if I see a giveaway and I'm like,hmm, I will ask this member an interview to see if he is reliable and if he worth to be my inviter... I don't think the giveaway system will really work ahaaaha
Anyway, Be carefull of who invite you is a really difficult action to do...
Can't speak for other GiveAwayer, but if an applicant shows genuine concern about my qualification to be his inviter and asks me questions like if information I expose here is isolated enough from ones on the tracker (and even more, like he needs a few days or even weeks before giving me feedback to ensure timing is blurred), I'll be much impressed and chances of choosing him will in fact increase, because he proves he cares and he's less likely an idiot, which matters more.Quote:
