Hello any body know how to connect in login page of german tracker turbowolke.skynet?

This is the URL : https://turbowolke.skynet/ of turbowolke.skynet,To access this tracker you'll have edit the windows hosts file in your computer and copy the ip address of the tracker which is given to the invitee by the inviter.Otherwise you can't access the tracker login page.
