Tracker error - duplicate torrent

hi guys,

A while back, while auto-dlling a web-dl, i got a "duplicate torrent" error on my torrent, but it was still seeding. it stayed even after update tracker. After a while i checked, it got green, and i uploaded a good amount. but the tracker site did not catch the upload and still shows as hit and run. so i had to seed for 10 days or whatever. and then i got a 1 ratio. this happened to three torrents now.

I did not go to the forums and asked for help, because they will think im cheating or what not.

Anyway to avoid in the future?

edit:- the private tracker has three trackers. if it matters.

Guessing from 3 trackers and H&R, I assume you're talking about IPT? but that's not important. I've never had this happen. Have you tried searching on their own forum? Perhaps other member has met this issue as well.

So this is not a seedbox problem? not connecting properly?

on the forum, the search show starting threads, and does not point to the Post, and I cannot go thru a 1000 posts in one thread.

Stop the torrent 15-30 minutes, re check and seed again. Probably there’s too many / continuous tracker updates to the announcement url

i have to manually check and keep the rutorrent window active.....
...... is there a way to automatically stop torrent if i get an error??

EDIT,
I have set the torrent to ratio group to reduce speed after 1.5 ratio, when that kicks in, it shows duplicate error.
I cannot set it to seed for long becoz of limited bw :/

This thread shows this error happens a lot for many, and used to need "Flush Your Duplicate Torrents" but not anymore since "Any duplicate torrents will clear out within TWO hours." as the last post says.

I will be loosing a lot of uploads if i stop for 2 hours.

Do you recommend only keeping one out of three trackers? (disable/removing the other 2?)

Using 3 trackers on different torrents must not be the cause since I do this too and never have this issue. two hours is just a conservative estimate, as long as the "XX torrents require seeding" alert appears, the state has been flushed and we can seed again, which usually only needs 20-30 minutes.

it might be the issue with shared seedbox ip,
it is hard to tell, the only solution works for me is to stop for 15 mins then start again.
