UNIT3D is very heavy compared to the other scripts so if you are about to start a new tracker you are better to choose a more liteweight script.
TorrentTrader is good only if you know how to code and make changes yourself. All the trackers mentioned have modified their scripts.
The one that wasn't mentioned but it is used by the most torrent trackers is:
TorrentStrike It is the most liteweight from all the above execpt TBDev. But you must know how to code to make the changes.
