If you joined a reputed tracker recently, you may experience issues and you need someone to talk.I think the best way to solve your affair is something called "shoutbox", in many places call it "chatbox".

But keep in mind you are not allowed to request anything.For example, in Arabic trackers, they have own methodology, they refuse to request seeding for a particular torrent.They also said if you don`t accept these rules, you won`t be allowed to chat on shoutbox anymore.

You need to be elegant to show your trouble as much as you can.

I suggested to check shoutbox rules before showing your status and this is extremely important when it`s a reputed tracker with bad administration and we have so many examples for this.
