Seedbonus vs Leechbonus

Hello Fellas,
I think it`s important to know well your tracker seedtime before you join, but also there is another term to know as well "leechtime".
Today we gonna talk about "leech bonus". I tried to ask about it`s meaning before then someone answered me "Leech Bonus depends on the tracker but often you will get additional bonus points when you seed it back"
Actually I have got nothing, it`s a bloaty answer I tried to search about it, I tried to understand that If you during the last seven days shared 50 GiB (as example) you will have 5% in leech bonus, note that the average of the last 7 days is calculated, so it might take some days to build up the full seed bonus and the leech bonus will slowly decrease again if you stop seeding those torrents.
Leech bonus is built to reward long time seeding with a larger number of active torrents in the client. It doesn't judge the upload speed of your internet so keep it up to take the benefit of leechbonus.
