There is CG recruiting thread in pterclub. But your account age have to be 12 months.
I haven't seen any recent recruiting threads for Karagarga (KG) or Cinemageddon (CG) on any private trackers I frequent. It's possible there might be some on forums or trackers I don't use, but searching for "[KG]" or "[CG]" on public trackers wouldn't be advisable. Your best bet might be to check out top personal statement writing services some private tracker forums or specific recruitment sections to see if there's any activity.
