1- what does it mean with this statement "Torrents must been seeded off 24 hours or minimum ratio 1.1 or both of two components" I mean when torrent with this statement will meet the requirement

2- There were trackers which issued newer version called "v 2.0" what is the difference.

3- in qbit client there were something beside torrent file represented beyond ratio called "popularity" I need to know more about
