I was browsing threads in the "Secondary sellers section"
I am new to all this, so can someone please help me understand what some thing like this means:

I am guessing, someone is offering to sell his account, their account has 3 stars?
No clue about "buffered 7 TB"
And I am guessing, if one were to buy this, they provide with their user name and password?

Yes he is selling acoount and yes if you buy you getting username and password + email sometime .
Trade , selling or even getting for free is risky at p2p world
With stars you can buy invites (like 20 stars for one invite I guess). Buffer = Upload amount - Download amount. For e.g. if your stats are 3 TB Upload and 1 TB Download your buffer would be 2 TB. It's safer to receive an account with its original email because this way you don't have to change it and it won't look suspicious. Good luck!
