Question about the place and and the wault.

I have a few questions if you would be so kind as to help me a little.If i have an account on the place do i need one in the wault,I heard the place is the best elearning business tracker out there. (EDITED) And after i get the invites can i automaticly register or do i have to wait untill they open the registrations?

TheVault has business content while ThePlace has self-improvement content. There are no invites for TheVault but they have an interview system.
