Hi, I have a question.
Suppose I have 1 terabyte upload (buffer) in the Filelist tracker.
If I get H&R while downloading a 25GB file, can I clear the H&R error by using a buffer equal to the size of the downloaded file? Like the one in the TL tracker:
By clearing with upload Surplus Credit (The surplus of uploaded data when your ratio is over 1.0 minus any surplus data used to clear torrents from the HnR list.)
And is it allowed to use vpn to download?

Nope. You cant do like this in Filelist. Once you get HnR, you will be warned for a week.
