PreToMe vpn and seedbox rule?

I'm thinking of applying for a PreToMe invite (through a giveaway) and I was just wondering what their rules are regarding vpn and seedbox's.

No tracker allow vpn to access them, unless you get approval from staff (you will require a valid reason for it) . You can use seedbox with PTM.
