PDF from iPhone to PC

Is there an easy solution to transfer a PDF file from my iPhone to PC without installing itunes or a billion other softwares?

How heavy is it?

You can probably use the cloud, I usually just send by e-mail to myself if it is less than 10mb. This is the easiest solution I’ve found.
If it’s more I transfer it to my seedbox and get it through ftp, but this involves the billion of softwares scenario :)
