Its up now.
@Hazzelnut
As you RSS, you may be auto-disabled by OurBits's auto-disabling system because of high upload speed, the limit of which that most Chinese trackers set is 100MB/s. This auto-disabling requires admins to have a look to see what's happening and to manually re-enable your account. However, most admins will frequently have a look at such system reports, so don't worry if you are auto-disabled by that system, your account will soon be re-enabled if there is no sign that you're cheating. Normally, if someone is only RSS-ing, it shows no sign that he is cheating. Your account has already been re-enabled now? I guess a YES, but don't answer me in this topic.
Otherwise, in any circumstances, when you are disabled on any trackers, please contact its staff before writing anything public! This public action only reveals nearly who you are. It's very dangerous when I hear someone saying that TI.org is a place where others are always looking at.
I've read TI's cautions on this security upon my signup. And I've never encountered such problems. But when there're cautions, we should all be careful about such dangers.
