one account is allowed

Hi,

you joined a tracker recently but they gave you warns on current account so you are about to create another account

if you join their IRC to get it back, you will most likely have to lie and say that one of those accounts is your brother's account and you are in the same household and share IP or something like that.

You must avoid
1- if you held two accounts I doubt they will reinstate your account.
2- It's best not to argue with the tracker staff
3- if you want have multiple accounts you should change your ip with vpn if they allow you to use vpn
