No email received after Apollo password reset - no login possible

Hi all,

I’ve recently not been able to login in Apollo (Power User and used to login every day).
I haven’t changed my username nor my password. When
When I try to recover my password I don’t receive any email from Apollo (not in spam neither).

Does anyone here already experienced this? Is the email service down?
Any idea is more than welcome.
