Need Help on HD-Space (Account rank Parked not being unparked)

I signed up for HD-Space in January. I knew I won't be able to use some torrent sites due to business and some issues. So, I parked my account after a few days of signing up. I was able to unpark my account at the beginning, Then I again parked my account for around 2 months. And now from last month when I'm trying to unpark my account (from account settings/my panel), it's not being unparked. The rank shows parked and I can't visit the site.
How do I solve this problem, Is there any way to do so? Is there any way to contact the site admins?

The problem is fixed for now. And its credit goes to, Mr. @GoldenMind

@HoleyMoley , after an account is parked is better to contact their staff.

I've never used IRC or anything like this. How much time it might take to get a response? How does IRC work? How do I use it?
Just did copy-paste the second link, it's like a public chat with no one to response...

via your browser connects you at #hd-space. that is the channel.

or write a message to the staff from the tracker control panel.
