The very first thing to do is search and learn how to properly set FILTERS ! Otherwise you might end up downloading hundreds of torrents in a few seconds and run into HnR issues etc.
Some trackers do offer the option to generate custom RSS feeds based on your filter.
The second option is to do it directly in your client. I suppose you are using rutorrent ?
First of all rss feeds are updated acording to your interval settings also some trackers have min interval rules like 5 min so with rss sometimes you download torrents that uploaded a couple minutes ago. If you want to download torrents instantly after uploaded use autodl-irssi.Quote:

Set filters, depending on what tracker it is and what is mostly downloaded on that tracker. You don't want to download every torrent and don't get any upload on them.
