listAfter your download is finished, you have to seed 36 hours within 30days, if you didn't meet this requirement, you will lose 1 HP.
listIf you lose all 10HP, you will be banned. (Ultimate user or above user class will not be disabled even they lost all HP)
listNew buddies will not banned even they lost all HP in the first 30 days, if you don't improve your HP within this period, your account will be disabled immediately after 30 days.
listYou can use your bonus to regenerate HP. Or reseed the torrent for 300 hours within 90days.
listBase on your user class, if you apply for appealing, you need to take an assessment after your account is recovered. H&R will reset to 5(out of 10), all the bonus will be changed to 0, plus, you will also need to take the new buddies assessment again.

listTo avoid confusion for new buddies, we will limit number of connections for you. This will be effect if your amount of download has exceed 5GB and the ratio is below 1, here's the detail:
listIf your ratio is on or above 1, or your amount of download haven't exceed 5GB, there is no number of connection applied to you.
listIf your ratio is below 0.95, your maximum connections to our tracker is 4.
listIf your ratio is below 0.80, your maximum connections to our tracker is 3.
listIf your ratio is below 0.60, your maximum connections to our tracker is 2.
listIf your ratio is below 0.50, your maximum connections to our tracker is 1.
