Its not found because it was not released yet in any of DVD/BlueRay/VOD platforms.

Well it's an independent movie, and looking how it only made little over 300.000 at the box office, don't think they even made their money back. So they probably can't/won't finance a dvd or bluray release.
Don't expect this to come out any time soon.
