I hope you do well, let`s talk about something important today,

Any torrent website nowadays needs you an ACTIVE member, I mean you MUST visit it at least one at every short time, if you don`t you will get DISABLED so here is a way to avoid this waning

You may receive an Email i.e. " You have received this email for the following reason:INACTIVITY Your account 'xyz' to our website has been marked as inactive and will be disabled after a few days !n To delete this entry is enough to make us a visit and say hello

so what is required is to login to website and say hello in their chatbox, that keep your account and clean

I basically do that.

Yes, that would do. Additionally you can leech a torrent once in 6 months just to be safe. I got warned in LearnedFlakes for not leeching anything. And, of course once in a while login is must.

There are no examples, if you want to stay on the tracker, seed away as long as possible.
With rare exceptions, I always distribute 24/7.
You need to have at least one torrent from each tracker on which you are.

I hope 6 months turned to a standard; hd-torrents sends warn after 90 days

if I am not wrong, you acknowledge of this rule exceptions,
we are talking about what we can gain as users and please in a modest way no need for being nervous

Most trackers have a bonus system for being on the main IRС channel of this tracker, I recommend using this.
You can not write anything there, just be online.
