Iptorrents seedbox problems

Hi guys I'm using seedboxes.cc seedbox. I"m having problems trying to transfer files from their site it's give me some kind of critical error or something when i try to transfer my game files to my pc. I try other prviate torrent trackers I didn't have that problem. I'm also using VPN and filezilla at the same time

Can you send screenshots? what is the error code, any more details will be help ful instead of "critical error"
