WHen I click on see my unread private messages it prompts me to re-login into my account I can`t read my private messages can someone help?

Tap on Settings,then General setting then make sure that your: Private Messaging is ON and Receive Private Messaging: From all members must be ON and the Pop-up: needs to be ON as well!

Where exactly do I go after settings there is another settings in there but it doesn`t show me any place where I tick the on box.
