How should you do an invite exchange?

I'm a newbie here and I'm asking myself how can you exchange invites with security and not to be scammed. Any of you in TI can do as an intermediary? Do you have any procedure or method to do that? If I send an invite by email I have no guarantee the other guy send me his invite to my email, right?

Actually is very simple , just open a thread in trade section (read the rules)..and wait for offers

Also check tracker list to see the levels , and if you find someone to trade just trust each other!
