I don't think there is an invite channel for cartoon chaos. One way to get in is via redacted. Take redacted interview and from redacted try for cartoon chaos.

As far as i know they don't giveaway invites in the IRC channels,but I may be mistaken.

Most people when asking this question may not know how to use mIRC/Hexchat and other irc clients.
OK. I will add more detailed steps.

1. Install mIRC or Hexchat. These irc clients are easy to use and popular. But I will guide you using mIRC and no graphic guide.
2. Run mIRC, press Cancel and close all popup windows.Code:https://www.mirc.com/downloads/mirc/21/mirc752.exe
3. On Status windows where you can type in command, type:
3.1 choose your username:
3.2 Then visit CC's IRC using SSL connection, typeCode:/nick YourNameHere
or by 3.3 (=3.1 + 3.2) connect to server with a specific port and identityCode:/server irc.dejatoons.net:+7777
Choose your channel to join, #cartoonchaos.help for example and typeCode:/server irc.dejatoons.net +7777 -i YourNameHere
4. And say whatever you want.Code:/join #cartoonchaos.help
All these steps are most basic steps, you may register your IRC account on CC's IRC too, other steps are easy to do.
/server = connect to server
+7777 port +7000, SSL. There is a mark +
/join = join
#cartoonchaos.help = channel cartoonchaos.help
-i = set identity
you can replace symbol : by a space
You may also config mIRC (servers) to access any IRC servers: Tools -> Options (or press ALT+O) and change the settings to whatever you want.
