If your mail isn't on their database anymore, most likely you got hacked by someone.If you cannot connect on irc, you might be banned from their irc as well.However , since on TL you can see user's profiles publicly if you know the user's name, i can tell you that your account is not disabled,try to connect on irc and explain the situation to someone in their staff.I also see that you have a ratio under 0.6 there...pay attention to that too, usually low ratio user accounts are disabled after a while on such trackers with ratio requirements...
