@FraMeSToR, you'd better visit their irc to see if they have any requirements.
P/S: If they are willing to interview you, good profiles on most-reputed trackers are a must beside your fulfillment to their requirements (proven proofs), and it's best that you have good reputation on their friendly trackers. They will test how truthful you are, etc...

They don't need to ask any questions mate. Your IP is all they need. They scrutinize all new accounts so as soon as you sign-up they will check your IP against all their sister sites and if they find ANYTHING suspicious be sure that they will shoot first and ask questions later.
