So I did something stupid, I randomized my password (smart) put said password in Keepass (smart) and exited Keepass without saving (stupid).
Point being I do not have my FL password anymore. Their recovery process seems simple, but after I put in my email for them to send me a recovery email.... I don't receive an email. Am I SOL?
If you remembered it in your browser you can retrieve it that way.. eg - right click and view page info>security in Firefox when on the login page.

they have some problems with the mails, recovery doesnt work for many atm....

yes mails not working there even i didnt received my confirmation mail..but they said "it ok ur account is fine" but in ur case i dont know mate.good luck for ur account hope u get it back. u should keep trying at there irc. @jbjisaloon
