Cross seeding help

Hello guys, can anybody clear the concept of cross-seeding torrents? Just for the record.

I have recently found out about an app that searches for torrents on private trackers that match the downloaded torrents in your client and starts cross-seeding automatically. Here are the links to it-

But I don't know how to install it on my windows pc and how to set it up. They have a tutorial on their official website, but I am not familiar with Docker. So I couldn't understand a thing. If somebody can tell me a step-by-step process, then it would be a great help. Thanks in advance.
