Chorome.net Won't allow me to download torrents, shows me this error

Idk what to do now. I think they are asking me to seed longer, but i can't download torrents, so how will i seed longer... HELP!

You should seed longer the torrents you already downloaded.
If you don't have the data files you might try to download them elsewhere and seed back.

Or else try to speak with staff to give you a 24h grace period to redownload all torrents and seed them. You will screw your ratio but you might save the account.
