BTN, VPN, and Seedbox + SickBeard question

Since BTN allows accessing the site through a VPN with a dedicated IP, I'm wondering what are the rules for accessing the site through SickBeard on a seedbox. Does the seedbox have to have a dedicated IP, too? Do you have to report those IP's somewhere?
