bitspyder proplem

i can't access my bitspyder account, it keeps telling me wrong username or password, this is weird because iam entering the right user and pass i even tried every possible password i could probably have registered with and forgot but still no use.
i tried the recovery chat its not working, gives me a java error also iam not able to connect to their irc
now what !!?
