I was a member on Bitspyder for more than 10 years
my ratio is ok, I did not do anything against rules at all
and my account was active recently.
Today, I found that my account is banned and the message said "If you believe there has been a mistake or if you believe you deserve a second chance,
contact us through our IRC support channel."

I am sure that I am posting in wrong IRC channel
I am using mIRC program but sure, I did not reach to the correct channel
after long search I am stuck at choosing server, and even when I choose the server and enter /list, I do not see the channel
which server should I choose

after installing open >>> Tools >> options
on options window type your Nickname : "same as bitspyder" & and for the server choose : P2P-Net
now click "Connect" .
after clicking connect you a screen appears to connect you to the server.
after seconds a small window appears, Type #bitspyder under the choice "Type a channel name:
Click ok, you will find on the their channel and the Admin is Eteris

Even if u get someone on the IRC they probably ask u to donate to reactivate your account, all the e-learning trackers have hard economies cause they want u to donate.
My first go to for e-learning stuff is the general tracker is Filelist which has a really easy economy compared to the other e-learning trackers.

Sorry, anyone knows what is going on with BitSpider, they are off line for few weeks?
