From hanging 1/2 a day on their IRC, I see that Eteris is the only admin active there and helping.
With some patience one might get their issues processed.
Probably not a big team since only 1 admin is helping here and there on IRC.

That's very nice to know, because many other users never found any help on IRC, in the past.
