This is very risky tracker at seeding. They ban a lot users with great stats for hit and run because they haven't seeded on or two torrents enough.
Nothing is written in rules, so 1:1 ratio is fine. If you can't reach that, something very likely to happen with older or very large torrents, you have to seed the torrent for as long as possible.
I would say a couple of months at least, if you want to be on the safe side.
