in some trackers yes, in some trackers no. It depends. Some of the trackers even dont have upload/seed points.

IPT is really good in terms of content and retention. Similar could be its sister sites like TorrentDay or SpeedCD.

TL is another good general tracker, although I think it does not have points per seeding.

TorrentDB, Blutopia and Aither are sites you can take a look at!!!

IMO funfile is nice, only 2 days hit run requirement, versus ipt 14 days. 1080p movies are all free.
PLus Aither is good also, 3 days hit run requirement, every month you get few days free lech and nice pre times.
TL is also good, 8 days hit and run, nice pre times, nice retention, buy vpn, and you get vip status. All rounder it's Good.
