One tracker that has WEB DL of new movies fast is the public tracker RARBG
If you look at the rarbg
You can see that they have their own internal 1080 releases and they are considerably fast
Example: Tammy.2014.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H264-RARBG
Internal releases. But as mentioned the shame is that they are public :P
