Do these country bans really produce the desired result? People travel nowadays with their laptops and they may end up blocking legitimate users. On the other side, people living in those countries can just get a VPN for less than 3$/month, and choose their country/IP from a dropdown list :)
It seems to me that these decisions have emotional "reasoning" behind them, they ignore practical and technical considerations
Brazil is not banned on BCG. I signed up there about 36 weeks ago and everything is ok until today.

Russia banned on sdbits.org.

For Turkey: I use Torrentbytes, BlackCatGames accounts without any problem. And I learnt that Turkey is not baned via sending email to Pedro's BTMusic. So these three should be removed from Turkey's ban list. Also please revise ban list more frequently because time to time they change their policy.
