Unfortunately , for scc its the 30 euro donation to access from a banned country .
For bitmetv join irc talk to a mod or admin if they say its ok then donate.

note : my country is banned at both trackers , so i had to donate to gain access .

You could have opened your own thread , its better than spamming other's thread.

The Ban rules works on every account that was created after the ban started , even if the signup was from vpn /vps/dedicated server (Unless they're too greedy like Scc & want you to Donate ;) ).
