Ban from RevoTT need help plz

So I got banned from revott but i hardly did much on the site. I have had some university exams so i did not bother to download anything during that period. They finished 1 week ago and today i thought lets check what i can download and it said i have been banned. I had like a ratio of 7-9. I did not download much from it, other than that i don't know why i have ban.

-----DELETED----- was my name on the site. I try to connect via IRC or even the support chat link on their website but it just sends me back to the website and i get the same message.

Regarding your situation , The only thing you can do is to try on their IRC ,

But in my opinion is better to look for an alternative , because are much better general trackers out there ;)
