auto downloader question/suggestions

Hello all,

Part of the reason I joined is to start filling voids in my auto downloader and hopefully gaining some knowledge on how best to a valuable member to the community. I have recently cut the cord and am now in the process of learning about media servers and setting all the parts of them up to play nice with one another. I am currently trying out Sonarr for my auto downloading of shows. I like the ease of it and the listings of what has aired and what is still to air and when but it seems to be more geared to usegroups and not bittorrent. The only one it searches right now is kickass and while that worked for a week or two it has not grabbed anything new for over a month now which maybe a search or setting issue on my side but have not changed anything during the time.. Are there any other programs like Sonarr that you like? I see one I may try called Sickrage anyone have a pro or con on this one vs the other? I am trying to do is get my media server to be like a pvr in that I can turn to it and have my favorite shows downloaded and ready to go a day or two after it airs (my wife and daughter watch their shows in real time OTA for the most part and I have to get mine from torrents if I want to watch them since we only have 1 tv)
