    Yes it is possible. But inactivity wont be a reason for a ban. If you cheat or trade accounts, that might give them a reason.

    It was many and many a year ago,
    In a kingdom by the sea,
    That a maiden there lived whom you may know
    By the name of Annabel Lee;
    And this maiden she lived with no other thought
    Than to love and be loved by me.

    When your account got disabled just due to inactivity. Feel free to let its staff know about you profile links on other trackers. Be sure your account be disabled due to inactivity, there will be a chance for reactivation. And be sure accounts on other trackers be OK, i.g. in good standing.
    .
    But there are something you should keep in mind, that:

    If you feel that guy is not trustworthy, don't ever talk to him, especially when you don't have belief in that tracker, don't tell them anything. Some guys may trick you just to know more about your usernames on other sites.

    There are some trackers that think they are gods just because they are hard to get in and no matter how good profile links are, you won't get re-activated. You won't be able to change their mind, either.

    Besides, profile links are not the only thing that matters, you won't get re-activated if you show no intention in using your account.

    P/S: However, that tracker has reasons to ask for your profile links, use your common sense.

    They probably just wanna check if you're good user. But yeah, they can reach out to staff of other tracks ask for your ban if you do something that is frowned upon.

    Not just one. If you get caught trading/selling on some trackers your info will be added to the blacklist and you may lose many accounts. If you didn't trade/sell you'll be fine.
