second this is called cross seeding in torrent world that means that you download file in x tracker and seed the same file after finishing download in tracker z
you may google it and understand it more before you start and good luck

Basically what you should do is:
1. Check if two trackers you are part of have the exact same torrent. If one of them have the RARed version and other have the UNRARed version, you should UNRAR before seeding on the second tacker
2. Download the torrent from tracker A
3. After the completed download, remove the torrent from the Utorrent list, but KEEP the file on the downloaded location. (UNRAR if needed)
4. Download the torrent from tracker B
5. The uTorrent will check if the file is the same. When recognizing, it will change to 100% and start seeding immediately for tracker B
