Since I was torrenting in 2006, the birth-time of bitspyder, I established a connection with many website at that but for a reason or another I have been disabled from this connection, so I need my account back, I have list of question you need to ask yourself before getting in the process:

1-if you are recovering it from long ago, the question is why are you trying to use your account now after many years?

2-Your account was deleted/pruned due to inactivity or non-use, why do you become inactive?

3-Are there any other emails you might have used?

4-if you are inactive, are you able to park your account in your preferences to prevent disabled

5-Are you able to be an active member now?

6-Do you currently use a VPN, Seedbox or Proxy service?

7-Which BitTorrent client and version do you currently use?

by the way the staffer can ask moreover questions to proof you experience about torrenting and website content so that look into this.
