I tried Rapid's $67/month and $36/month boxes and found the support to be very fast, polite and responsive. But I had a major problem with the speeds. For $67/month, the highest UL speed I got was around 20-30 MBPS and support reiterated that it's the usual speed that I can expect from their boxes.
Both boxes were slower than most 10-20 Euros/month boxes that I used and I therefore asked for a refund in both cases. I'm sure there are people who love their one-click installers and stay with them, but if speed is an important criteria, just stay away from Rapidseedbox.
Bought the second best box last night and canceled within an hour. Speed was HORRIBLE!

I have been member at the rapidseedbox site about 6 months. Especially ,this month the speed is extremely low. Download speed should be more than 50 MB / s instead of flcutuating around 10 MB/s. I'm not mentinonig about the upload rate. I have nevver seen an upload over 2 MB/s. It is mostly less than 1 MB / s. I could not make a buffer. This is dedicated seedbox. My subscription is for Fast. I used these guys before and not bad at all, I could never upload more that 600 gigs a month for some reason, man did I try. :)
