Hmmmmmmm :( can't use my seedbox rutorrent won't work through the web browser or their AIR app. Anyone experience anything like this?
I'm thinking because it's so big. I got the Xtra Large 1Gpbs so maybe thats the problem? Or it isn't set up right!

yea sorry about the wait, 2012 Xlarge was not at the time in the autosetup pool, we added nodes to the automation pool to get yours delivered and is now instant.
It indeed is a monstrous size seedbox :)
Personally, for lots of torrents i recommend many smaller ones instead of 1 huge.

If you are having issues you most def should open a ticket the moment you have it. not wait a week, then complain at a forum.
Official support channel is and has always been the helpdesk, either via site or via e-mail.
This would have gone completely unnoticed for probably a few months unless i would have been notified about it.
So please open a ticket so we can take a look at the servers in question.

I have purchased a starter seedbox pack on 19th of July(rtorrent was working with out issue till 26th of July). I guess I have done something which caused the rtorrent crashed. I have raised two tickets. Which were lately replied(30hours). It made me feel inpatient. Service is pathetic. However, speeds and prices were awesome. You're were great, I wish to stay with the same provider for many upcoming months/years.
If this is the issue, I had to look for another provider which causes a pain again.
The second major issue is when I have upgraded on 31st of July, till date it was not upgraded by staff which causes a huge loss for me. When the rtorrent was down(Previous instance) they support dint bother to give me 1 day credit atleast(That caused a negative feeling).
Coming back to the main issue, I have opened 7 tickets till date starting from 30th July(Enquiry of medium seedbox) followed by 6 other tickets related to upgrade. The initial seedbox has costed me 5.99 Euros, when I choose to upgrade my service they costed me around 4.5euros.
After the successful payment, they never replied me. But, when I log in to my client area they show me that I have medium pack(Which is cheating customers). When I go to my rtorrent I see that, my upload speeds are limited to 2.5Mbps and quota is 230GB which is a previous plan.
I am here not to complain on you guys, I want the things just to be fixed. Please increase your number of staff. I guess there are only two guys handling everything. Please for godsake dont keep the customers waiting. That's a pain in the ****(I dont want to get banbed :() as I have good reputation in Torrentday. I am new to this forum.

You should only open 1 ticket if you have an issue, it wastes so much time to resolve same thing over and over.
This weekend Tomi was on vacation, and yes, indeed this weekend replies has been rather slow.
Upgrade: You shouldn't be able to do that in the first place because it's not automated. You'll likely get a refund to credit and asked to re-order so you get insta provisioned.
Will make sure that option is not provided in the future.
Current upgrade process is: Order a new service, request manual migration, after you see all your data, request prorata moving the remaining time from old service to the new one.
I will take a look into the support response and resolution times during this month.

My seedbox 1Gbps Unmetered got set up yesterday and I can not even access it in anyway, I have already Opened a ticket but still no reply yet
(Got my seedbox sorted but now another problem and another ticket opened, when will this end so I can start actually using the seedbox I paid for)
Funny today Filezilla gives me an '550 /: Permission denied Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing' error on my new seedbox service. Never had this problem with previous subscriptions from pulsedmedia. Any remedies to it?
Seems to be a Passive mode problem (FTP)
Recently joined Pulsed Media and had some problems with a slow seedbox , they moved me to a fresh server and migrated the old data ,all in 1 day time.
So , i cant complain about there service .
