Extremely bad support for this provider! They don't refund in BTC (bitcoin payment) while they accept it as one of their payment methods. Their reply for support after submitting a ticket before buying an account is medium (no fast no slow) but after buying that it was more than 24h waiting for response. Their site has some problem, some sort of crashes for example not opening for sometimes and also some unknown errors I never heard or seen anywhere! I bought storm plan from them but it wasn't that speed they speaking of! It was expensive while other providers have great plans of that amount of money!
I tried many seedboxes for the last couple of weeks as feralhosting came with some issues and I tell you guys this provider (ultraseedbox) doesn't keep promises! (they said refund with no question which was a great lie). I'm absolutely regret trying this provider and never come back again!

Good to know that. By the way even their website looks bad, since it contains some SSL certificate warnings.

I first got a M-WIND plan and everything was TOP but, I ran out of data after 2 days :/
I got access immediately
Speed was consistently TOP no dropouts!

Then I decided to get a JAGUAR plan.
It says you get access immediately, but it took hours before I got it.
Everything was fine the first 2 days and I got some AMAZING speeds:

Then after a few days the upload would sometimes go down to max ½MB/s for sometimes 1 hour and just be really inconsistent.
Also after a few days my seedbox would be totally unreachable, meanwhile my other M-WIND plan was totally reachable.
I couldn't do anything. After a few days I got access to it again and all the torrent.files was apparently gone...
I think the inconsistent speed is because of the shared disks, and if a user "checks" a torrent it uses all resources on the disk, so your client can't read anything eg no upload

I also have the same experience with support.

Im with them right now. Got a 50% deal. Paid just 26$ for a month.
Im doing avg of 2 TB upload daily

I had almost same issues and my feelings are even worse about this provider. I personally don't advice. First days were good, getting 60-70 mbps dl and ul speeds. After 1 week i got 1/4 to 1/5 of those speeds. Client was too slow, for example if you want to delete a torrent of 100 gb you need to wait 3-5 minutes. I also got the JAGUAR with %50 coupon and use it, so i can say price was fair.
@mutter just send an e-mail to them for the discount.

I have 4 seeboxs guys and the best I've seen so far are 2 providers..

seedboxes.cc have good prices but limited on traffic, still I'm using one red dragon box for now, also I have 3 x box from seedhost.eu who offer more traffic and good prices too..(also they offer dedicated sbox which is very good)

I totally agree @Rhialto about seedboxes.cc. Fastest gui i ever see. They have hundreds of + and only 1 - and it's limited traffic. Used it for about a year, ultraseedbox is not a match for them. And seems my next try will be seedhost.eu since they're best who have unlimited traffic.

I was about to order one using bitcoin.

ANd I agree with you, the support takes forever to answer.
I just tried feral hosting, had a bad experience, and was about to order a ultrseed
With feral, the server was unstable, I asked to change it, they did it, and it was GREAT, but just for a few hours, after that, it just started to be unstable again, many times downloading fast, but with terrible upload speed.
I am asking for a refund today :(.
It's hard to find a seedbox with unlimited band with decent service. Any recommendations? $25 budget

I've been using ultraseedbox since a few months.

My findings :

- Great download/sharing speed
- Some slow download speed on sftp. I have a 200mbps connection and when I download something on my sbox through sftp I get max 8m/s

Been with USB for almost 3 years. Overall pretty happy with them. Only downside I've had is occasionally ticket replies are slow (most its taken is like 2 days) but the average is 10-24hrs.

Looking to upgrade from Jaguar to Jaguar-2TB here soon. I'm using rutorrent with autotools and syncthing. Auto extracts and syncs content to my local machine.

Ohh and like others have said, share speeds are good!

I'd like to give this provider some positive feedback, have been using them for just over a month now and so far very happy with them :) I get good speeds on Jaguar plan spent most of yesterday well in excess of 50mb/s which is more than enough for me. I did have a little slow time last weekend, only time it has ever happened tho and I think this is gonna always be the case with a shared disk, so can't really fault it on that, you get what you pay for after all and I'm unable to spare to much for my seedbox on a monthly basis.... All I can say is it does everything I need it too and has helped me build some great buffers and dig me out of some holes in recent weeks....Recommended!

ultraseedbox is the worst support ever !! Waiting days and days ... I dont recommend it at all even if the speed is quiet good

I am still considering going to USB because they are really cheap. But after reading these posts, maybe feral is the better choice..

I am on my second month with seedbox.io and have been pretty happy so far. The new plans are much more competitive with price. Speeds say they are guaranteed, and it does somewhat seem like it. I have 1gbit speed plan and can max out at like 80MB/s on high seeded torrents. It obviously has insane peering to seedbox.io peers, but feral hosting, ultraseedbox, and seedhost.eu seem to have really good peering to seedbox.io as well.

Seems fine. I saw they are using nforce, and I think peering from nforce to my isp is not that good. Do you know if there is a speedtest or mtr tool?

There are no tools in the client area for this, nor is there any option to reroute. I am not sure if there is another way to speedtest.

I can tell you guys, I've been using ultraseedbox.com for 2 months now, and i had very little problems with them. Once i had one of the boxes down for an hour or so, wrote to support got a reply in a few minutes that they are doing some upgrades, so everything is fine, and yes and hour later everything was back. Speeds are good as well when torrents are fresh and can connect to a lot of peers can easily do 100mb/s+. I got a 1TB and 1,5TB plan, but planning to upgrade the 1 to 1,5 and probably get another 1,5TB. the unlimited traffic ((ok 100tb/month /box) is killing it here. I upload on close to 10 treckers around 2,5TB/day, now i'll start optimizing so hopefully even more.

so yea i can recommend them, the only problem i had with them was that their FTP speeds can fluctuate especially over the weekend, so i try to transfer most of the stuff during the weekdays when i am maxing out my ISP's speed.

On another note, I LOVE seedboxes.cc I tried their smallest plan but blew through both the traffic and the storage in less than one weekend. I don't want to spend 80 eur / month on the dragon plan, hell I'd probably even blow that 30 TB in two weeks so for now i settled for ultraseedbox.com again it doesn't feel like a downgrade I'm perfectly fine with it, great value for money, I think i am gonna settle on 3x 1,5 TB plans and call it my final setup.

Doh..crappy speeds, ui very slow, rtorrent down every hoour! Quited after a day!

Using them for nearly a year. Very fast, stable. I'm surprised about that not-so-good opinions above. My experience with them are quite good.
You get openvpn with theis plans and its working VERY fast. Can't really distinguish speeds with and without VPN enabled (besides when doing ping).
They even installed some custom app for me, which was not officially offered. Price is very good, too.

I have very good experience with them. They were the first provider, where I could actually see 500MB/s download speed, with Deluge, which is incredible ;) They are a great price & given value combination, and offer 100TB monthly traffic, which makes them being one of the best choice.

yup, since they "updated", or whatever they did, performance has been really lackluster

i've tried their unmetered box, and it worked pretty great (for most of March 2019, avg upload of 50-70, burst of 90-100)...but their capped Plex seedboxes are pretty bad compared (highest upload was around 20)

better to go for :top: Unmetered Plans rather than Plex Optimized Plans

I recently signed up with these guys on the S-Wind package, I've been very happy with it as a low cost option for seeding and I find the speed and performance just fine.

I've had no issue as someone who's using the s-wind package for very basic just downloading and seeding for ratio. Maybe problems arise for those using them for more demanding tasks, but as a beginner to seedboxes, UltraSeedBox has been good to me so far.

I have a few friends I have referred to them, and they have had nothing but success and easy sailing since signup. Their support via tickets aren't exactly the best, but then again this is a very difficult job to do so its understandable at times. They do have a discord community support server that is pretty great. Their services have had more uptime than any of the 8 other providers I've experienced. And IMO their prices/return of service ratio is pretty bang for the buck :)

They overbook their servers, and ban people for no reason (I was running a single jar which took 2GB ram for a few minutes). You can't stream anything on a Sunday.

Reading the old posts, at first they had a bit of a problems, but now their seedboxes are much appreciated. I saw mine traveling at 160Mb/s in upload!

I am using them for two weeks so far and i am having a great experience will continue using them in future and also seedbox.eu dedicated sbox also looks appealing.
