I can confirm that. I gave 'em a shot for some days and I was satisfied. The only concern is Plex which is only available with a SB5 plan from 17€ up. And I signed up for the SB8. I asked them to install Plex for me just to try it but they said it's impossible.
The speeds were ok, just like my other 2 sb's I'm currently testing.
I also want to try out feral hosting, I like their unlimited traffic :)

This company is both the best seedbox and worst seedbox service I've ever used.

Pros:
Easy and instant setups
529 Megabytes per second average top speed on torrents with a lot of leechers
3 Clients that can be run simultaneously
SSH access
Full speed SFTP transfers from the US
Tons of plugins
Very fast customer service
The best in every way, except for;

Cons:
As far as their "storage servers" go, reliability is complete crap. I've had a handful of different boxes from them each on different servers and it's always the same. Every single time I log in it's constant server errors, timeouts, and freezes. It doesn't matter the browser, my system and pings are fine, etc. I constantly have to reboot the clients. Either they are overloaded or some clowns are abusing the resources, I don't know. It's really a shame because other than that, they are phenomenal. I imagine their Dedicated servers are pure gold. Their SB plans may be better than the storage plans. I get you can only squeeze so much space per cost for 10gigabits, but there comes a point where you can only take so much unreliability before you move somewhere else.

I am using the SB8 plan (10 Gb/s shared, 2TB UL, 300GB storage).
As this is my first seedbox, I can't really compare the service to anything, but I have been quite satisfied overall.
Speeds are fast and reliable. DL/UL on much leeched torrents often >150 mb/s. SFTP easily maxes out my home connection (50 mbit).
Very easy + instant setup, lots of addons.

I use SB 8. Upload and downloading speed is great. You will hit traffic limit very fast since is 2T, this is the only proble IMHO.
For 7e i think is really worth it.

I use SB5 and I am absolutely taking everyones ratio away from them.

I was with them for over a year and I can say I don't remember running into a single issue, the impression I got is that they offer rock solid services and servers don't seem to be overloaded at all, they are fast even for things like zipping the files.

In a small and nice private TK = maximum Upload speed 8Mo/s and Downloading 200Mo/s
